Attention hourly staff, student employees, and other hourly paid University members: Beginning Sunday, December 15, with the implementation of myURHR, all time clocks will be updated. They will have a new look, along with changes to how you punch in and out as well as some additional features. Time clocks will have new buttons, including 鈥淚n Punch鈥 and 鈥淥ut Punch鈥. Employees who utilize the time clocks will enter time worked by 鈥渢ouching鈥 the appropriate button, then 鈥渟wiping鈥 their ID badge.
. Complete the Time Entry course to understand the new time clock features that make punching in and out more efficient. Training will avoid confusion at go-live.
