Attention hourly staff, student employees, and other hourly paid University members: Beginning Sunday, December 15, with the implementation of myURHR, all time clocks will be updated. They will have a new look, along with changes to how you punch in and out as well as some additional features. Time clocks will have new buttons, including 鈥淚n Punch鈥� and 鈥淥ut Punch鈥�. Employees who utilize the time clocks will enter time worked by 鈥渢ouching鈥� the appropriate button, then 鈥渟wiping鈥� their ID badge.
. Complete the Time Entry course to understand the new time clock features that make punching in and out more efficient. Training will avoid confusion at go-live.
